Shipping policy

We currently use USPS Priority for shipping. All shipments are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via email or text once orders are fulfilled. Once your order has been shipped, Humble Beginners accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted(including the rare case of your package not arriving) Humble Beginners is not liable as we have no control once it is with the postal service. In this instance, please contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances. 

Typically, orders will ship out within 5-7 business days of ordering and will be shipped priority mail. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2 to 3 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Humble Beginners cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
